FX SERIES MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE
The FX Series by Zafferani Ceramics is designed to be flexible, ensuring that your company can work with porcelain stoneware and industrial ceramics with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 30mm, according to your requirements.
You can choose from 8 models, ranging from 3 to 10 heads. Afterward, you decide the sequence and type of mandrel groups (Type 1, Type 2, Type 3) for the execution of surface grinding, processing with a flat edge, 45-degree mitering, and any other possible profile. The automatic movement of the input and output benches, as well as the grinding groups of the FX Series machines, allows you to work on strips with a minimum height of 30mm.

The FX series is very complete, featuring base models FX4, FX5, and FX6 for working with slabs ranging from 3 to 20mm in thickness, and models FX430, FX530, and FX630 for slabs up to 30mm thick.
With various configurations, different edge works can be accomplished, including:
– Edge polishing
– Beveling
– Perfect 45º mitering
– Edge grooving
– Edge profiles (round, flat, etc.)
– Milling the backside (removing mesh)
