At INSEMAC we present three main services: consumables, machinery + SAT (Technical Assistance Service) and our own manufacturing of handling and storage elements. These three disciplines allow us to offer our clients a comprehensive, specialized and tailor-made service.

The INSEMAC SAT (Technical Assistance Service) team has a leading figure in this field at the state level, Alfonso Cuadros. He was the first technician in Spain to carry out installations, assemblies and training of Numerical Control machinery in the stone sector.
Alfonso is responsible for the SAT. In addition to Alfonso, the INSEMAC SAT team is made up of other technicians trained in different specialties; mechanical technicians, electrical technicians, software, etc. All of them make up, together with Alfonso Cuadros, a team capable of covering all kinds of technical challenges.
The knowledge of our SAT is of a high level and the team is in constant training, to achieve the best results in each service and address any type of technical incident in a solvent manner. At INSEMAC we are always available to our clients, who obtain a quick and efficient response at all times. The client feels accompanied and safe, obtaining tailor-made solutions and high-level specialized advice.
