CUTTING, DRILLING AND 3D WORK
TECNIKA EVO is a modern monobloc bridge cutter with tilting and rotating head and hot-dip galvanized structure to ensure more durability and wear resistance. It is a machine of 5 interpolated axes with sliding on steel guides with recirculation skids of balls protected by bellows, and with centralized manual lubrication. The movement of the shafts is possible thanks to brushless motors. The inclination of the head is adjustable up to +90°; the rotation of the head from 0 to 360° (+/-5°) is controlled and displayed on the control panel to make cross and longitudinal cuts without the need to move the part.
Work surface formed by a whole board made of rigid polyurethane foam, high density, insensitive to moisture, non-degradable and resistant to mold.
The plane is milled to ensure flatness over time and is covered by a high friction “cellular” rubber mat, ideal for cutting and milling without moving parts.
Sharpened disc and drill set in two stations and controlled by CNC.
As an option, the PIGGY-BACK is an integrated system for tooling machining that features an ATC (Automatic Tool Change) electro spindle with an ISO40 connection, positioned vertically next to the main disc motor.
PIGGY-BACK transforms the bridge cutting machine into a multifunctional CNC.
You can cut and mill in fully automatic mode without operator intervention and with considerable time savings.
Assisted by a 9-position tool magazine with protective cover; it allows you to switch from one job to another continuously and within a single programme, without interruption to change the tool manually.

Disc motor / electro mandrel of 17,5hp with housing for tool, which allows us to carry out drills or milling in the cutting phase in automatic, as well as, multiple jobs by means of milling cutters (shower plates, writing, moldings, etc.).
The machine software allows you to import .DXF files generated by other software.
Part handling system via suction cups (X-Motion) for the movement of already cut parts for maximum material utilization in automatic work.
PIGGY-BACK: Includes a powerful 4.5kw/6hp electro spindle (S6), with adjustable speed up to 12000 rpm and a rotary joint for internal tool lubrication, served by a 9 position automatic tool changer. The operator can use small-diameter tools to perform incremental milling, wire top holes, drip holes, and blind holes, combined machining with disc for sink cuts, engravings, bas-reliefs and writing.
