1. Introduction

Ind. Congost (08520 – Les Franqueses del Vallès – Barcelona) and with Tax Identification Code B65802373, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” which the Portal user must read and accept to use all the services and information provided through the portal.
In any case, the use of this website is for individuals over 18 years of age, and the user declares that they are of legal age, have full legal capacity, can read, and fully understand all the clauses included in these general terms of use. 8. Availability of Portal Information and Services
The Portal does not guarantee the continuous and permanent availability of services, thus being exempt from any responsibility for possible damages caused due to the unavailability of the service for reasons of force majeure or errors in data transfer telematic networks, beyond its control, or for disconnections made for improvement or maintenance work on computer equipment and systems. 14. Good Faith and Diligence
The Parties undertake to fulfill their obligations and to exercise the rights arising from these conditions in accordance with the strictest requirements of good faith and diligence.
