CUTTING, DRILLING AND 3D WORK
A 3 or 4-axis interpolated work center, with multiple options such as the “T” axis for the creation of inclined planes and different types of software depending on your needs. The work center is designed for cutting, polishing, drilling, funeral art, shower trays, inclined drains, grooves, and 3D work. The thickness reduction is a maximum of 300mm on a stone of 330mm. The maximum working dimensions are 3250mm x 1500mm, calculated with a tool diameter of 100mm.
Optionally you can add PIGGY-BACK, an integrated system for machining with tools, it features an ATC (automatic tool change) electrospindle with ISO40 connection, vertically positioned next to the main motor for disc equipped with an additional attachment.

The technical equipment makes the Formula EVO the right investment to achieve good performance at a reasonable price: photocell barriers for workspace protection, automatic management of head rotation at 360° and inclination up to 90º, hydraulically tilting worktable with wood surface covered in rubber, automatic probes for measuring piece thickness and blade diameter, dual lasers, Facile touchscreen software, 15Hp motor with ½ gas right-hand tool attachment and adjustable speed, with more information on the following pages.
PIGGY-BACK: Includes a powerful 4.5kw/6hp (S6) electrospindle, adjustable speed up to 12000 rpm, and a swivel joint for internal tool lubrication, served by a 9-position automatic tool changer. The operator can use small-diameter tools for incremental milling, upper wire holes, drip holes, through-holes, blind holes, combined machining with the blade for sink cuts, engravings, bas-reliefs, and writing.
