BRIDGE SAWING SKEMA
SKEMA is a modern monobloc bridge saw with tilting head and hot zinc coated frame for an exceptionally long-lasting sturdiness and accuracy.
It features 3 powered axes travelling on steel guideways with revolving balls protected by bellows and lubricated by a centralized system. The 0°-90° head rotation allows width and depth wise cuts with no need to handle the slab. With the optional “C” 4th axis, diagonal and out-of-square cuts are also available (motorized rotating head).
CNC machine studied for the realization of orthogonal cuts, diagonal cuts, tilted cuts and shaping with disc.
The thickness reduction is a maximum of 300mm on a 330mm stone. The maximum working dimensions are 3250mm x 1500mm, calculated with a tool of diameter 100mm.

The machine is controlled through a PC Windows 10 Embedded. It’s also equipped with a mobile control panel for remote operation.
Self-leveling aluminum table. The work surface is made of monolithic aluminum ground on a steel base. Is a expandable working plane and it maintains a perfect level.
The machine has equipped a tool magazine with 11 positions and +11 options for ISO40 stainless cones
The tool magazine is positioned at the rear of the work surface resulting in lower average lower positioning times compared to systems with side- mounted magazines.
Adaptive system for the control of the wear of the polishing weels. Automatically adjusting the tool pressure and real consumption, significantly improving the finishing quality.
Automatic tool change is facilitated by the 11-position tool magazine, with an additional optional 11-position magazine. Each magazine includes 11 cones that can be chosen by the customer depending on the type of tool.
Powerful air cooled electro mandrel Hi tech ensures a exceptional durability and efficiency.
In the axes movement it is used the same technology as in the metal machines, reducing vibration to achieve the maximum accuracy.
