Work center with 3 or 4 interpolated axes, with multiple options such as the “T” axis for creating inclined planes and different types of software depending on your needs.
KREA Stone is the multifunctional, compact and fast numerical control work center, synonymous with design and reduced footprint. It is especially valued in small and medium-sized workshops, which need to carry out a very wide range of jobs in an extremely simple and intuitive way. KREA Stone is fast and efficient thanks to a powerful 10.2 kW electrospindle motor, an automatic tool magazine with 14 positions and specific multifunction software.
In its various configurations, depending on the accessories chosen, KREA Stone can carry out work of:
• Milling and profiling of kitchen and bathroom countertops
• Polishing internal holes and external edges
• Flat or inclined drainers
• Emptying of blocks (with a maximum thickness of 220mm)
• Making shower trays
• Writing of funerary and decorative art
• Low-relief incisions and 3D work
TECHNICAL SHEET
The machine is controlled through a Windows 10 embedded commercial PC. It is also equipped with a mobile button panel for remote control of the head, to help position stops and suction cups.
Self-leveling aluminum table. The work surface is made of ground monolithic aluminum on a steel base. It is a work plane capable of expanding while maintaining the perfect plane. In this way it is not necessary to rectify the plane when it is not yet worn.
The machine has a 14-position tool magazine for ISO40 stainless steel cones. The magazine is positioned at the back of the work plane and allows lower average positioning times than systems with lateral magazines.
Adaptive system to control the wear of polishing wheels: it automatically adapts the pressure of the tool to its actual consumption, radically improving the quality of the finish.
X-AXIS: The longitudinal movement of the head occurs through linear guides with ball recirculation carriages, reaching 2200 mm, and it has a brushless motorization with adjustable speed from 0 to 20 m/min.
Y-AXIS: The transverse path of the bridge is through linear guides with recirculating ball skates, it reaches 1200 mm and has a ‘brushless’ central motorization with adjustable speed from 0 to 18m/min.
Z-AXIS: The vertical movement of the head is through linear guides with recirculating ball slides, reaching 300mm with adjustable speed from 0 to 15 m/min.
