QUOTA PRO Stone is a multifunctional CNC working center with 3 digital interpolated axes (4 axes opt).
It features a powerful kW 10,2 (S6) air-cooled electrospindle specifically designed for outstanding lifetime.
All axes motion is powered by brushless motors with accuracy ensured by prismatic steel guideways with 4 revolving balls pads protected by bellows. QUOTA Stone, thanks to its advanced ergonomics, features top class working area/machine footprint ratio allowing machining of mm. 3250 x 1550 sheets (with mm.100 tool diameter) in an extremely reduced space. The machine is driven by a CNC OSAI control unit with axes control digital technology and run by a worldwide renowned user-friendly 2D and 3D (Option) software interface.

The machine runs through a Windows 10Embedded PC. It is also equipped with a mobile keypad for remote control.
Self-leveling aluminum table. The work surface is made of ground monolithic aluminum on a steel base. It is a work plane capable of expanding while maintaining the perfect plane. This way it is not necessary to grind the plane when it is not yet worn.
The tool magazine is positioned at the back of the work plane and allows lower average positioning times than systems with lateral magazines.
Adaptive system to control the wear of polishing wheels: it automatically adapts the pressure of the tool to its actual consumption, radically improving the quality of the finish.Automatic change through 28-position tool magazine. Includes 28 cones per warehouse to be chosen by the customer depending on the type of tool.
Powerful air-cooled Hi Tech electro chuck for exceptional durability and efficiency.
The same technology is used in the movement of the axes as in metal machines, reducing vibrations and noise to achieve maximum precision.
