UNIKA 5 HT is a 5-axis interpolated CNC that offers triple benefits: The sturdiness of a heavy-duty bridge saw, The accuracy and capabilities of a high-tech CNC center, and a high yield investment enabling the stone worker to meet any processing need.
Available with a wide range of motors, from traditional powerful air-cooled to state-of-the-art ISO40 electrospindles.
The axes travel on precision steel guideways sliding on revolving balls pads all protected by bellows and are operated by brushless motors with precision gearboxes.
The software interface has been specifically designed to run the cutting cycle as well as the most complex 3D and finishing jobs with the highest degree of working comfort for the operator.
The CUBE configuration with electrospindle and automatic tool and saw blade magazine offers the possibility to process kitchen tops, furniture elements, shower plates, artistic carving and much more in a fully integrated cycle, from the raw slab to the finished product.
In its various configurations, depending on the chosen accessories, UNIKA 5 HT can perform tasks such as:
– Block hollowing, milling, and work on shower trays, bathroom countertops, and drainboards.
– Incisions and lateral writing.
– Writing for funeral art and decoration.
– Bas-reliefs, 3D work, funeral art, and statues.
X-Motion Suction Cup System:
The manipulator with 2 suction cups allows for the movement of pieces on the worktable, transferring cut pieces to the milling table. It reduces working times by automating the cutting process and eliminating any interruptions or operator interventions.
The machine is configurable with many options and software to meet all customer needs. Among the options are also different worktable configurations:
– With a tilting cutting table.
– With an aluminum table for the placement of suction cups.
– With a double table.

X-AXIS: The longitudinal travel of the carriage is through linear guides with ball recirculation carriages protected by bellows. Sliding with a ‘brushless’ motor. Axis X: 3700 mm.
Y-AXIS: The transverse travel of the carriage is driven by a central ‘brushless’ motor, on linear guides with ball recirculation carriages protected by bellows. Axis Y: 2600 mm.
Z-AXIS: The vertical movement of the head is through linear guides with ball recirculation carriages protected by bellows. Axis Z: 450 mm.
A-AXIS: Continuous inclination of the operator head from -10° to +90°, allowing for miter cuts and work with tools always in a position perpendicular to the surface of the piece.
C-AXIS: Allows the rotation of the head from -3° to +363°, interpolatable with the X-Y-Z and A axes. The movement is with a ‘brushless’ motor and a high-precision mechanical reducer with zero play.
