This 5 axis Evolution 3D cutting system automatically maintains by the Touch Wave™ sensor a constant distance between the nozzle and the material. This is also done while the cutting head is rotating. The interpolation of the axis can reach up to ± 69° in any 3D direction (optional ± 90° and infinite rotation).
Independent structure of the bridge chassis with high rigidity IPE, separate STAINLESS STEEL hub and ball circulation screws with automatic lubrication system.
SERVODRIVE™ 4,150 BARS-HYBRID (PATENTED)
SERVODRIVE™ is the innovative hybrid high-performance pressure intensifying pump (85%) up to 4,150 bars, composed of a Brushless motor that controls a PATENTED hydraulic system of progressive openings. The numerical control manages the work cycles, guaranteeing operation with energy savings of 32% compared to traditional oleodynamic intensifiers controlled by an asynchronous motor.
SOFTWARE CAD-CAM
WaterCad-Cam is a CAD/CAM solution designed to automate the programming of Waterjet machines. In a single environment it is possible to design or import a part from DXF, DWG, consult the warehouse, perform automatic or manual nesting, perform cutting sequences in automatic or manual mode, generate the NC program and calculate times and costs. In the technological tables you can select MATERIAL, THICKNESS and FINISH for the work to be done; In this way, the ISO program (Code) is automatically generated ready to be transferred to the numerical control via ETHERNET network or USB port. The software also allows you to generate an automatic budget for the job, before carrying out its actual production, showing its COST, TIME and CUTTING LENGTH.
OPTIONAL: HYDROFINISH TEXTURING SYSTEM
The equipment is able to texture all stone materials by water only.
