CUTTING, POLISHING, DRILLING AND 3D WORK
CNC with 3 or 4 interpolated axes, offering various options such as the “T” axis for making inclined planes and different types of software depending on your needs. This work center is designed for cutting, polishing, drilling, funeral art, shower trays, inclined drainboards, grooving, and 3D work.
The thickness reduction is a maximum of 300mm on a stone of 330mm. The maximum working dimensions are 3250mm x 1500mm, calculated with a tool diameter of 100mm.
TECHNICAL SHEET
– The machine is controlled through a Windows 10 Embedded PC. It is also equipped with a mobile control panel for remote control.
– Self-leveling aluminum table. The working surface is made of monolithic aluminum ground on a steel base. It is an expanding worktable that maintains a perfect plane. This eliminates the need for regrinding the plane when it is not worn.
– The machine has a tool magazine with 11 positions + 11 positions (optional) for ISO40 stainless steel cones. The magazine is positioned at the back of the worktable, allowing for average positioning times lower than systems with side magazines.
– Adaptive system for controlling the wear of polishing wheels: automatically adjusts the tool pressure to its actual consumption, radically improving the finishing quality.
– Automatic tool change with a tool magazine of 11 positions + an optional second magazine of 11 positions. Includes 11 cones per magazine to be chosen by the customer depending on the type of tool.
– Powerful air-cooled Hi-Tech electro-spindle for exceptional durability and efficiency.
– The same technology used in metal machines is applied to axis movements, reducing vibrations and noise for maximum precision.
X-AXIS travel: 3350mm.
– Motorized movement with adjustable speed 0-50m./minute. Sliding on linear guides with ball recirculation carriages.
Y-AXIS travel: 1650mm.
– Movement through a central brushless motor with adjustable speed 0-25m./minute. Translation on linear guides with ball recirculation carriages. Patented mechanical system for automatic preload compensation.
Z-AXIS travel: 520mm.
– Movement through a brushless motor with adjustable speed 0-15m./minute. Vertical displacement on linear guides with ball recirculation carriages.
