HORIZON EDGE POLISHER
The HORIZON is a next-generation horizontal straight-line edge polishing machine engineered for the continuous processing of flat edges, bevels, and custom profiles on granite, marble, quartz, porcelain, sintered stone, and natural stone. Its fully modular architecture allows each machine to be configured according to production requirements, enabling the ideal combination of polishing heads and working units to maximize productivity while delivering consistently high-quality finishes.
Its innovative dual conveyor belt system keeps every workpiece perfectly stable throughout the entire polishing cycle, eliminating the movement commonly associated with conventional transport systems. This ensures outstanding repeatability, even in high-volume production environments. The HORIZON can process pieces as narrow as 45 mmwithout additional accessories or secondary handling, making it the ideal solution for skirting boards, backsplashes, narrow strips, and other small-format stone components.
The machine features a PLC control system with a full-colour touchscreen, providing complete automation of the production process. Operators can program exactly which sections of each workpiece require polishing or beveling, making it especially effective for L-shaped and U-shaped countertops, reducing production time while minimizing tool wear.
Its fully mechanical beveling system, designed without pneumatic cylinders, delivers a perfectly consistent bevel from start to finish, ensuring uniform edge quality across every workpiece in the production run. Depending on the selected configuration, the HORIZON can also perform multiple additional operations, including edge grinding, calibration, edge grooving, drip grooves, rough profiling, rear edge polishing, and other customized machining processes.
