SKIRTIKA EDGE POLISHING
The SKIRTIKA is a compact vertical edge polishing machine specifically designed for the professional processing of skirting boards, backsplashes, narrow strips, samples and small workpieces in granite, marble, quartz, porcelain, Dekton®, Neolith® and sintered stone. Its compact design and optimized configuration deliver outstanding polishing quality, continuous production and maximum space efficiency, making it the ideal solution for stone fabrication workshops, countertop manufacturers and marble processing companies.
Equipped with 4 straight polishing heads and 1 beveling head, the SKIRTIKA performs straight edge polishing and top beveling with speed, precision and consistently high-quality results. Its dual conveyor belt system keeps every workpiece perfectly guided throughout the entire polishing process, improving stability, reducing vibrations and ensuring a flawless finish, even on narrow pieces.
The SKIRTIKA is capable of processing workpieces from 50 mm in width, as well as samples and small parts starting from 80 × 50 mm, providing exceptional versatility for the production of skirting boards, backsplashes, narrow strips, countertop edges and custom stone components. The machine also features roller supports for tall workpieces, offering greater stability and safer handling during operation.
Designed for continuous, repetitive production, the SKIRTIKA is simple and efficient to operate. Once the polishing heads have been adjusted, the operator only needs to feed the material, reducing setup times and increasing workshop productivity. Thanks to its compact footprint, it can be easily installed in workshops with limited space, making it an excellent choice both as a primary polishing machine for smaller fabricators and as an auxiliary machine for high-volume production lines.
