The VERTIKA is a vertical straight-line edge polishing machine designed for edge polishing, beveling, and machining on granite, marble, porcelain, sintered stone, quartz, and natural stone. The VERTIKA features a fully modular configuration, allowing the number of polishing heads and working units to be customized according to each workshop’s production requirements. In addition to flat edge polishing, it can be equipped with operations such as thickness calibration, edge grooving, drip grooves, rough profiling, and rear edge polishing, making it an extremely versatile solution for the production of kitchen countertops, wall cladding, architectural stone, and custom stone components.

Its 100% mechanical beveling system, designed without pneumatic cylinders, produces perfectly uniform bevels from the beginning to the end of every workpiece, eliminating the inconsistencies typically found in conventional systems while ensuring consistent quality throughout the entire production run. The machine can also process workpieces from 45 mm (1.77”) wide without requiring additional accessories or secondary handling, reducing production times and lowering manufacturing costs.
