It speeds up the design process and makes it much more precise, so that the best results are obtained in the shortest time possible. Stone Laser 3D is an automatic measurament system, completely intuitive and only requires two instruments to measure any object, from anywhere, a tablet and the DISTO 3D measuring station. Thus, time is saved by cleaning up the projects and drawing them in CAD, to send them to the CNC machines.
At Insemac, we also carry out training on this system, so that our clients can get the most out of it and start working with this innovative and intelligent automatic measurement system. Using WiFi, the laser connects to the App and exports the files, in Dxf or PDF, so that the Stone Laser 3D can measure, instantly and accurately, all types of shapes; straight, curved and even more complex shapes on vertical, horizontal and inclined surfaces.
It allows templates to be made digitally and directly, on site, at the measurement site, to be sent by email to the office or to the CNC machine. Thanks to the CAD software, integrated by Insemac in the App, together with the Disto laser function, all types of measurements can be checked, edited and completed. By using this automatic measurement system, the client increases productivity on the construction site and also at the administrative level.
What can Stone Laser 3D measure?
Countertops, facades, stairs, swimming pools, doors, furniture, floors, or entire rooms.
It can measure points and contours with high precision and can be drawn using the Parametric method, CAD or Shapes. The software allows you to create a personalized dynamic library, to save and store the projects and, when the measurement process is finished, you move on to editing the design where you can add flights, skirts or skirting boards/caps, create special cuts or the partitions, in situ. In this way, you can mark edges that need polishing, insert or draw sinks, countertops, or drawers in the design or add comments, before sending to the workshop and leaving the measurement site.
The CAD system that incorporates the STONE LASER 3D application allows us to modify, create, analyze or document all types of graphic representations, both two-dimensional and three-dimensional, of physical objects. It is a great alternative to replace manual drafts and also product prototypes. They are computer-aided design systems, which can be used to generate drawings and models with specific characteristics of a product, such as measurements, size or making calculations, shapes, etc.
